Busy Being On Top

Yeah, yeah, I know. I’ve been out for almost two weeks. This mommie was (and still is), as the title suggests, busy being on top – of everything that a mommie should take care of.

Being a parent has got to be the most demanding role one ever has to take. Yes, not just moms. I’m including the dads out there, and anybody who has the responsibility of taking care of their family.

Two hands, two legs, one mind, and twenty fours a day seems not enough to manage everything that needs to be taken care of – work, household, meals, kids’ homework (just helping them, not doing it yourself ), bills, chores – everything.

There’s so many things I missed to share, including my Father’s Day post for my husband and Issen’s first day at Kinder. But it’s okay. I don’t feel too bad not being able to post these things, because I was too busy enjoying such events with my family. I still have a lot of things to share in the coming days.

I don’t care how busy I am or how many little things I fail to scratch off my to-do list. As long as I get to do the things that matter – being on top of my family’s needs – I am happy.

It’s time I take out the thoughts I set aside for posting and sharing here.
